Yes. The Starter plan is completely free for up to 3 recruiters with no time limit. You can upgrade to Pro when you need AI features.
How does per-recruiter pricing work?+
You pay for active recruiter seats only. Managers and dashboard viewers don't count toward your recruiter limit. Add or remove seats anytime.
Is there a setup fee or long-term contract?+
No setup fees. Pro plans are month-to-month (or annual for 20% savings). Enterprise plans include onboarding at no additional cost.
What counts as a 'recruiter' for billing?+
Any user with the recruiter role who can manage candidates and jobs. Admins, managers (view-only), and dashboard viewers are free.
Can I switch plans mid-cycle?+
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
