We built TalentSuite because existing tools either do too little (spreadsheets, basic CRMs) or too much (enterprise platforms that take months to configure and cost six figures annually).
The platform brings together candidate sourcing, AI-assisted screening, client collaboration, and reporting into one workspace. Recruiters spend less time on data entry and more time on the conversations that actually close placements.
TalentSuite is built by BRAMKAS, a technology services company based in the United States with engineering teams in India. We work directly with recruiting agencies to understand their workflows and build features that solve real operational problems.
Identified the gap
Working with recruiting agencies, we saw the same pattern: teams drowning in spreadsheets, disconnected tools, and manual data entry that slowed down placements.
Built the foundation
We designed a multi-tenant platform from scratch with security, speed, and recruiter UX as non-negotiable priorities. No retrofitting legacy code.
Added intelligence
AI-powered resume extraction, scoring, and assessments layered on top of solid workflow fundamentals. Intelligence that serves the process, not the other way around.
