1. Acceptance

By accessing or using TalentSuite (“Service”) provided by BRAMKAS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Use of the Service

TalentSuite is an applicant tracking system for recruitment and hiring. You must use the Service in compliance with applicable laws, including employment and data protection regulations. You are responsible for obtaining any consent required before uploading or processing candidate data.

You must not use the Service to upload unlawful, deceptive, or unauthorized personal data, nor to bypass hiring, employment, or privacy obligations that apply in your jurisdiction.

3. Account and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Organizations are responsible for managing access levels for recruiters, managers, administrators, and external stakeholders who may receive shared links or dashboard access.

4. Data and Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data. We do not use your data to train third-party AI models.

5. AI-assisted features

TalentSuite may provide AI-assisted summaries, scoring, assessments, and workflow recommendations. These outputs are informational only, may contain inaccuracies, and should be reviewed by qualified users before being relied upon for candidate evaluation, hiring decisions, or legal compliance.

6. SMS and voice communications

TalentSuite provides SMS text messaging and voice call features to facilitate recruiter-to-candidate communication. By using these features, you agree to:

• Obtain appropriate consent from candidates before sending SMS or making calls
• Use SMS and voice features only for legitimate recruiting purposes (interview scheduling, status updates, availability coordination, and follow-ups)
• Honor opt-out requests promptly — candidates who reply STOP must not receive further SMS
• Not use the messaging features for marketing, spam, or communications unrelated to active recruiting

Message frequency varies based on recruiting activity. Message and data rates may apply to candidates. SMS and voice services are provided through third-party carriers and may be subject to delivery limitations outside our control.

BRAMKAS reserves the right to suspend messaging capabilities for any account found to be in violation of carrier policies, applicable laws, or these terms.

7. Availability, changes, and acceptable use

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue features as the Service evolves. You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it in a way that could harm candidates, customers, or other users.

8. Disclaimer and limitation

The Service is provided “as is.” AI-generated summaries and resume scores do not constitute legal, hiring, or professional advice. BRAMKAS disclaims warranties to the extent permitted by law, and your use of the Service remains subject to your own review, policies, and compliance obligations.
