1. Program Description
BRAMKAS (“we”, “us”) operates TalentSuite, a recruiting platform. When you provide your phone number through our job application form, candidate questionnaire, or to a BRAMKAS recruiter, you may receive SMS text messages related to your job application and recruiting process.
Messages may include: interview scheduling confirmations, interview reminders, application status updates, availability requests, and recruiter follow-up communications.
2. How You Opt In (Consent)
You consent to receive SMS messages from BRAMKAS TalentSuite through one of the following methods:
- Web Form Opt-In: When you submit a job application at https://talentsuite.bramkas.com/careers, you provide your phone number and see the following disclosure directly below the phone field:
“By providing your phone number, you agree to receive SMS from BRAMKAS regarding your application, interviews, and updates. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Terms | Privacy”
- Verbal Opt-In: During a phone screening call, a BRAMKAS recruiter asks for your verbal consent to send SMS updates about your application. Your consent is recorded in your candidate profile within our system.
- Keyword Opt-In: You may text START, YES, or UNSTOP to our messaging number to opt in to messages.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your active job applications and recruiting activity. You may receive multiple messages per week during active interview processes, or no messages during inactive periods. Typically, candidates receive 2-10 messages per active job application.
4. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. BRAMKAS does not charge for SMS messages, but your mobile carrier may charge standard messaging fees depending on your plan.
5. How to Opt Out
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying to any message with one of the following keywords:
STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT
After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message:
“BRAMKAS TalentSuite: You have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS from us. Reply START to re-subscribe.”
Opting out of SMS does not affect email communications or your job application status.
6. How to Get Help
Reply HELP or INFO to any message to receive assistance information:
“BRAMKAS TalentSuite — recruiting communications. For support, email hello@bramkas.com or visit https://talentsuite.bramkas.com. Reply STOP to unsubscribe.”

7. Data Privacy & Phone Number Sharing
- We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.
- Your phone number is stored securely within your organization's isolated tenant in our platform.
- SMS delivery is facilitated by Twilio, our messaging service provider, solely for the purpose of delivering messages on our behalf.
- Phone numbers are used exclusively for recruiting-related communications.

8. Supported Carriers
SMS messages are supported on all major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and regional carriers. Carrier message and data rates may apply.
