SMS Terms & Conditions

1. Program Description

BRAMKAS (“we”, “us”) operates TalentSuite, a recruiting platform. When you provide your phone number through our job application form, candidate questionnaire, or to a BRAMKAS recruiter, you may receive SMS text messages related to your job application and recruiting process.

Messages may include: interview scheduling confirmations, interview reminders, application status updates, availability requests, and recruiter follow-up communications.

2. How You Opt In (Consent)

You consent to receive SMS messages from BRAMKAS TalentSuite through one of the following methods:

  • Web Form Opt-In: When you submit a job application at https://talentsuite.bramkas.com/careers, you may optionally provide your phone number. The phone field is not required — providing it is entirely voluntary. If you choose to enter your phone number, a separate SMS consent checkbox appears below the phone field. This checkbox is unchecked by default and must be actively checked by you to opt in. The checkbox reads:
    ☐ “I agree to receive SMS text messages from BRAMKAS regarding my application status, interview scheduling, and recruiter updates. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, HELP for help. SMS Terms | Privacy Policy”
  • Verbal Opt-In: During a phone screening call, a BRAMKAS recruiter reads the following consent script to the candidate:
    “Hi [Candidate Name], this is [Recruiter Name] from BRAMKAS. Before we continue, I'd like to confirm — is it okay if we send you text message updates about this position? This would include interview scheduling, status updates, and follow-up coordination. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Do you agree to receive text messages from us at this number?”

    If the candidate says yes, consent is recorded in their candidate profile with the date and recruiter name. If they decline, no SMS messages are sent.

  • Keyword Opt-In: You may text START, YES, or UNSTOP to our messaging number (928) 272-6527 to opt in to messages.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your active job applications and recruiting activity. You may receive multiple messages per week during active interview processes, or no messages during inactive periods. Typically, candidates receive 2-10 messages per active job application.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. BRAMKAS does not charge for SMS messages, but your mobile carrier may charge standard messaging fees depending on your plan.

5. How to Opt Out

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying to any message with one of the following keywords:

STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT

After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message:

“BRAMKAS TalentSuite: You have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS from us. Reply START to re-subscribe.”

Opting out of SMS does not affect email communications or your job application status.

6. How to Get Help

Reply HELP or INFO to any message to receive assistance information:

“BRAMKAS TalentSuite — recruiting communications. For support, email hello@bramkas.com or visit https://talentsuite.bramkas.com. Reply STOP to unsubscribe.”

7. Data Privacy & Phone Number Sharing

  • We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.
  • Your phone number is stored securely within your organization's isolated tenant in our platform.
  • SMS delivery is facilitated by Twilio, our messaging service provider, solely for the purpose of delivering messages on our behalf.
  • Phone numbers are used exclusively for recruiting-related communications.

8. Supported Carriers

SMS messages are supported on all major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and regional carriers. Carrier message and data rates may apply.
